SHIPPING INFORMATION

Arya Essentials online orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Below are the shipping options available:

  • Free Ground Shipping is offered on all orders within the US, not including sales tax.

  • Standard Ground Shipping takes approximately 5–7 business days.*

  • Overnight and Second Day delivery is available for an additional charge. These are considered Priority Orders and must be placed before 1pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day.*

  • Shipping Charges are based on package weight and delivery location. We cannot deliver shipments to P.O. Boxes or military installations.

  • Business Days: Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States, as well as the day after Thanksgiving.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returned items in their unopened original condition for a full refund, less shipping. To return a product purchased through Arya Essentials online, please follow the steps below:

  1. 1. Contact Customer Service
    If you wish to return an item, please e-mail our Customer Service department customerservice@aryaessentials.com to initiate the return process and obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA number).

  2. 2. Complete the Return Form & print the pre-paid label
    Return labels will be sent to your email address on the order unless otherwise provided. Returns and exchanges can only be processed if our Return/Exchange form is included, and the desired action is specified.

  3. 3. Prepare your return
    Please safely pack the products and include the return form. Affix the prepaid return label to the box and ship it back to us by bringing the return to the carrier on the return label.
    Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow up to 10 business days to process your refund and send an e-mail confirmation.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

At this time Arya Essentials cannot ship orders to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Gift Wrapping

Arya Essentials now offers gift wrapping per product for a fee of $7.00.  Gift wrapping includes Arya Essentials gift box and ribbon.

Payment Methods

Arya Essentials accepts American Express, MasterCard and Visa as forms of payment. At this time, we cannot accept any gift cards. All purchases require bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.

Sales Tax

All orders will be subject to sales tax, applicable in accordance with the tax code of the state and city to which the order will be shipped. Tax is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation e-mail and packing slip.

Damaged Or Missing Products

  • If your package is damaged by the carrier during shipment save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at customerservice@aryaessentials.com

  • If an item is missing, immediately contact us to notify us of the situation.
